The white flowering plant is candytuft. The grass is blue oat/blue avena grass. The silver foliage plants are dwarf rabbit brush (left) and basket-of-gold (right). Also shown: Dragon's Blood sedum. All of these plants are drought tolerant, the rabbit brush especially so.
