This is likely a handcrafted ceramic tile rather than a glass. Look for some high end US manufacturers like Ann Sacks, Pratt & Larson and Encore Ceramics. They will have heavily crackled tiles similar to what is shown here.

This tile is from Fire and Earth, hand made and is smoked to darken the crackle lines.
