Would be difficult to tell the manufacturer from a picture especially not close up. If I had to make a strong guess, I would think it looks like a GAF Timberline "Natural Shadow" shingle in the Weathered Wood color. GAF has several lifetime warranted shingles in the Timberline series but the two most common are Natural Shadow and HD. The one major difference in these two lines is the color variance. While both use the same exact granule colors, the HD (high definition) will have a more pronounced color variance this creating a more busy looking roof appearance. Both carry a 130 mph wind warranty when installed with 6 nails per tab. Hope that helps.
