Love the chair! Where is it from?

I'm looking for a sturdy, acrylic chair that I can still have an upholstered seat. It's to go with a mirrored desk that I use as my vanity table. Who makes this chair?

The chair is from Edward Farrell & Lewis Mittman, Chicago and is the Deco Side Chair in Clear Acrylic available too the trade. It is fabulous!
