And perhaps use the opportunity to add some space to the next bedroom? Or are you planning on having a separate bath and shower? Washing machine?

And when drawing up a measurements scetch, please also mark the soil pipe location, is it straight behind the loo or does it go to the corner?

Could we have a floorplan please with the soil pipe position as rinked has requested?
