open plan layout

We are removing the walls where the dotted lines are. Unsure whether to add the utility and toilet or develop one of the garages later down the line. Our knock through is due to happen soon, any thoughts on the layout?

I would put the utility room and toilet in the garage shown on the right of plan. Gives privacy and noise/odour control.

The powder room needs a basin and if possible an inward opening door or sliding. I would review that layout maybe accessing toilet from laundry. Can you post existing plan.

Not sure the garage on the left is large enough for anything but laundry and powder room? Can we see the whole plan please and site plan with north marked too. Where are you? Cheers Margot
