Hi Rebecca. Apologies for the delay in responding. I believe the benchtop is "New Savior" limestone, which is not super practical but very beautiful.

The overheads & surround on the cooktop side are natural Tasmanian Oak Veneer. The island panelling is also natural Tasmanian Oak, but solid Porta panelling in the 'Riverine' profile.

Polytec "Tasmanian Oak" would be the best match. I hope this helps.
