How can i recreate this floating worktop?

I am refurbishing my bathroom and want to achieve this look with the floating worktop.
How would I mount the worktop on the wall without showing all the fixtures and fittings?

Easiest way is to wrok with some concealed steel brackets, taht are fixed to the wall first, and then the shelf (either hollow or with a slot depending on materialitiy etc) sits over those brackets, making them invisible. Good luck with your bathroom reno !
