This one was interesting in that the top louvers are operable, the bottom 2/3rd’s was fixed in place. It’s a custom fabricated aluminum fence; it gets powdercoated to finish in any color you’d like. I’d suspect any custom ironworks / metal shop / group in your area can assist.
