Thanks for your inquiry, we love the hardware too! Our client purchased the hooks from Etsy, and the shelves are from Dura Supreme Cabinetry and mounted to the wall. The hooks do not actually support the shelving, but they add a fun detail to this project for sure! Thanks for the mention @Dura Supreme Cabinetry.
