1. Number of panels

2. Any clearing/demo work to prepare

3. Design ... will there be a custom layout with extra rip-cutting or will it have standard 5 1/2" wide horizontal boards?

4. Is the HVAC screen the only element in the project or are there other features to build as well? (The more elements/features we are there to build, the more the overhead cost gets diluted among them.)

Here is another one we built recently. This one uses upgraded cedar lumber, cut into a custom pattern (4", 5", 3.25", 4", 4", 3.25", 5", and then 4" in this example).
