    Hello, It's From Waxman Ceramics 572604318 - Ophelia 3058 Petrol 25x45cm Thickness:9mm I think it's been discontinued now.

    Thank you so much for the response. Just my luck that they are discontinued, but it might give me a clue where to look next.
