Hi Maria, we are currently building a house near Cork and we would love to get a stable door like the one in the River side house.

I love it too. It also functions as a half door. Our builder sourced the joiner. I don't think you will have any problems getting a local joiner to do this. You won't buy it off the shelf. The very best of luck to you!
