Corner sofa & fabric panels behind the bed

I’d love to know where this sofa was purchased - and also, more about the fabric panels on the wall behind the headboard in the bedroom... are these a design choice or an acoustic solution... or both?

The sofa is from Casa Milano and was made bespoke to fit an angle greater than 90degrees. The headboard to the bedroom was a design choice and does give acoustic benefits. Nick
