what is included?

Does the door come as shown in photo? I looked it up on the manufacturers website and says this line of door does; holes, hardware, hidden door sweep etc. What’s conflicting is that the description in Houzz says there are no holes included. Please verify. Thank u

But then goes on stating:

This set for $239 includes only a slab.

And per link - https://www.houzz.com/products/pre-hung-solid-interior-door-30-x-80-and-hardware-planum-0010-smoky-walnut-prvw-vr~103193174 hardware and frames are included. but holes should be drilled.
