Thank you for your interest, the chair is the New American swivel glider chair from Bassett Furniture. It's very comfortable and I love that is not only swivels, but is a glider (rocker) chair also. I specified blue pinstripe fabric with blue velvet welting. The blue velvet fabric is no longer available but I'm sure there are other options that will provide for a similar look.
