We are planning to purchase and build this model. But are concerned about the costs to build this model. We live in Gardnerville, Nevada and were wondering if anyone has built this design yet? We noticed the smaller version was built MMA-640 for between $50,000-$75,000. Does that cost include everything from start to finish (engineering plans for foundation/electricity/plumbing hookup)?
