Татьяна, а как с этой выпуклостью, предполагающей вроде как дизайнерский подход, вместить большое количество спальных мест? Можно ли использовать под спальное место коридор? А то мы думали сделать там шкаф-гардеробную, чтобы все хранение - только там. А на кухне можно сделать спальные места (раскладной диван)? И что значит - максимально воспользоваться электрикой и сан/тех выходами? Использовать существующие точки? А если у нас есть возможность их перенести - что можно сделать в таком случае? Андрей Сейчас я понимаю, что все работы в комплексе-это более правильное решение. Но на тот момент решили на первом этапе обратиться к дизайнерам, которые специализируются только на планировках. Вот мне прям страшно интересно- что это за дизайнеры, "которые специализируются только на планировках"? Т.е. они просто рисуют абстрактные планировки и дальше- делайте что хотите? Я вот, лично, таких ни разу не встречала... Дизайнеры, которые могут из полноценного дизайн-проекта вычленить только планировочное решение, как отдельную услугу- это понятно, но специализация на планировках... Такое ощущение что сотрудник БТИ решил подхалтурить. Не очень удачно, правда. ;))
