Hi all, I would appreciate help if possible. We are building a house and the kitchen window faces a beautiful mountain view. I am thinking of putting a long window in to create some bench seating here. Window is already 3 metres wide. It's a choice between sink under this window at counter level or lower window with bench and the sink in the Island next to the window? Thank you
Hi Rachael, there are pros and cons to having a sink by the window or not. In general its down to how you want to use the room and the overall layout. I would prefer to put in the bench seat and look at the view, versus the time spent at the kitchen sink.
