The extractor is made by Siemens. The one shown in the picture is an older model but the new model code is LF959RB51B. We are able to supply these to you.

Regarding the distances - the minimum distance between an induction hob and the extractor is 550mm (but we never set them this low) and the maximum distance is 1500mm. The minimum distance between a gas hob and the extractor is 650mm and the maximum distance is 1500mm.
