The total square metres of the building are 119.5sqm. This is broken down into 36.4sqm for the decks & outdoor areas, and 83.1sqm for the interior (this doesn't include the mezzanine level). The Kitchen/Living area is 42.5sqm. The dimensions for the kitchen are 4500mm x 3400mm, & the Living area is 5100 x 5350mm.
