Roof with spotlights

Did you need planning permission for the roof overhang? We are building an extension & have submitted for planning permission for a pitched flat roof but now I'm thinking it would be nice to have room for lights like in your photo. Many thanks.

Hi, we got planning permission for this scheme. We generally advise that you seek a planning application for any external additions. Some elements may fall within permitted development, but many things can trigger a planning app. Email me on lisa@prideroad.co.uk if you'd like to know more
