Hi, I love this table! I have been sketching pedestal base ideas for my nook table for some time now and this design is very similar to what I've been considering. My tabletop is stainless steel and rectangular in shape-- soI would need two of these bases or perhaps a hybrid with the two posts joined by a cross piece or a flat bar on the floor. Would you be able to make a custom base and ship it to california? What are the dimensions of your base? Thanks.
