The brand name of these doors is Tre Piu. In Chicago they used to be sold from the Poliform showroom. Here is a link to their web site. http://www.trep-trepiu.com/index.aspx They are a nice product and somewhat unique not having a bottom track leaving your floors free of hardware that most similar products have.
