Hello. In order to achieve this look, all you do is install the cabinet 3 to 4" forward from the rest and use fillers, panels, or posts. In this picture, this was don with a drawer base unite. For an apron sink, the sink base itself will need to modified to make sure the height of the sink is flush with the counter top.
