Not sure it counts as a "movie", but I love the BBC video of Dylan Thomas's "A Child's Christmas in Wales" with Denholm Elliot.

Many great choices but have to go with a classic - It's a Wonderful Life! Throw in the "lost ending" skit from SNL done many years ago as well for some comedic balance!

The men (husband/son) in this house dominate the remote. To deal with that, my daughter and I have enjoyed making fun of their "testosterone movies" for years. One we all agree on, though, and that we watch EVERY Christmas together, is "Die Hard"! It is THE Christmas movie for my family! It's easy to laugh at, and quote from, and it has a great Christmas-y soundtrack.

Miracle on 34th street, a must see at Christmas. Natalie Wood and please not the colorized version. A Christmas Carol I like the oldest and second oldest versions from 40's? I can't think of who is in them.

White Christmas! It's a holiday tradition for us. Of course, It's a Wonderful Life can always be found playing on Christmas Eve, too. Rachel says Home Alone!

Elf (just had our first screening of the season tonight) and Love Actually. Will be answering the phone "Buddy the Elf, what's your favorite color?" all day tomorrow.

"Scrooged" with Bill Murray should be on this list...and I'd give "Love Actually" a second vote...

x-mas should be celeprated only by the people believing in the Birth of ourLord Jesus Christ. Why would any one celeprate a birth if you dont believe there actualy was or is a birth. Merry Christmas & God Bless you all.

Well, maybe the spirit of Christmas is more important to some folks than unprovable historic factuality? That said, my favorite is Miracle on 34th Steet.

Oh yeah Lucy! Forgot about that Family Man - good one! It's a Wonderful Life I voted, but Love Actually brought me to tears! In Love Actually they did a really nice depiction of ALL types of love, including young love and unrequited love. Really good movie.
