It is difficult to put a cost on an extension such as this as there an many variables/unknowns. Such as, existing alterations needed, access, materials etc. Including internal finishes this could easily be in excess of £50K+

Generally we estimate work at about £1500 per meter square. However, this will come in much higher than that. There is no structural support to the corner of the existing rear extension. The framework of this extension will be higher than other similar sleek but contemporary feel extensions.

Attached is a existing/ proposed extension in South Cornwall, which has recently gained planning approval.
