Dave & his team of pros from Vasquez Design did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen & laundry room into a really great to look at and highly functional new all in one space. The project included a complete demo, removing a portion of ceiling to expand the height of the entry, cabinetry, installation of a great new window, all the wall & floor work to final surfaces as well as installation of appliances, insulation/venting, plumbing & electric. Working with Dave through the process was easy & I felt confident & comfortable the whole way through. A sense of openness & honesty was easily established at the beginning & made bringing up concerns as well as ideas really fluid along the way. Dave worked with our budget in an effective & intelligent manner. He & his team were respectful of the areas of our home that were not being worked on. They kept everything tidy & organized. They demonstrated respect & safety. They were also very time conscientious which we appreciated. Dave and his team are also kind & have really great senses of humor. We were very happy with the experience we had with Vasquez Design & continue to be with the work of this project!!

Dave (and Rob) did an excellent job on our kitchen. They really listened and understood what we were going for and we’re quick to respond to any adjustments we had. They were tidy with the workspace and didn’t mind when our pets checked in on them as they worked. The price was fair and the work was great! I’ve recommended them to alot of my friends already and would totally continue to recommend and hire them again. They also remodeled our bathroom a few years back, so yeah we're repeat & happy customers!

Dave and Rob from Vasquez Designs are amazing. Extremely professional and have an eye for beauitful designs. Since we're home all the time, we wanted our deck to feel a bit more welcoming (extension to the house). We contacted the Vasquez Design team and we couldn't be happier - they created an outdoor space that is inviting and just makes me so happy. As you can tell from the before and after images, it's day and night. You will not be disappointed if you decide to have them do any work inside or outside your home.

We worked with Dave on our backyard renovation and he was AMAZING. We hired Dave after having a not-so-great experience with another existing general contractor who converted our garage into an accessory dwelling unit. Not only was Dave creative and communicative, his work product speaks for itself. He reinforced our fence, built a shade structure, and designed/crafted a custom, modern shed to match the modern farmhouse feel of our home. He completed the work on time and on budget, and we couldn't be happier! Since completion we've spent nearly everyday in the backyard with our twin girls. The next time we plan to do any renovation, either inside or outside, Dave will be the first person we'll call!

My backyard deck and garage conversion were my second and third projects with Vasquez Design. I decided after my kitchen renovation that I only wanted to work with them and I would wait to do whatever project I had until they could fit me into their schedule. After my third project with these incredible people (both in talent and in heart), I am more confident than ever in my decision! These guys put their souls into their work and it shows. They are perfectionists with extreme attention to detail and creative approaches to problem-solving. They have transformed our lives in what they have done to our home and I know I can go out of town and leave my home in the competent, trustworthy hands of Vasquez Design. Even when I'm working from home and they are here on a project, they are the nicest people to share your space with. I can't say enough about this business, I just feel so lucky to have found them!!!

We first worked with Vasquez Design when we wanted to convert our garage to a family room. It was shortly after the birth of our first child, and we no longer could be going to the separate mother-in-law suite to unwind at the end of the night while the baby slept in the house. Dave came by with incredible ideas at a price that was well within our budget. He had plenty of backup ideas so if something was out of our price range, he had something we could afford. Him and his team were incredibly professional. They sealed off the room while they worked so we were still able to live in and enjoy the rest of the house. They cleaned up at the end of each night. The space went from being an unused garage to the most used room in the house! We threw some challenges their way - they had to build a box to hold our 40-50 pound projector as well as install a 12' cinema screen. They also brought in a ton of original built-ins. The media shelves were gorgeous, and they made a barn style door of completely reclaimed wood that not only covered the laundry section of the room, but blacked out the room. We were so satisfied with this that when we decided to sell that house, Vasquez Design were the first people we called to help with some updates and changes. We wanted to present it as best we could - they completely updated the kitchen for us, repainted the rooms, touched up any cracks in the outdoor paint, and updated the bathroom with dark grout which looked modern and saved us quite a bit of money. They even removed the old furnace "stage" that was in our downstairs mother-in-law suite. As with the first project, they made sure everything was in our budget. We loved working with this team - they're smart, creative, professional, but above all, very friendly. Seeing them every day became a pleasure!! We even had them out to our new place to replace a door and remove a leaky gas fireplace. We look forward to our next project with them!

I could not be happier with Vasquez Design. There are just no words. So many people had warned me about contractors and scared me about kitchen renovations, but for some reason, I must have hit the jackpot because I found Dave and his phenomenal crew and they were such a dream to work with. From start to finish, Dave eased my worries, was incredibly communicative, helped out with design ideas and to top it all off, completed his part of the project ahead of schedule and didn't go one single cent over his original quote! Dave and his team created an effective dust barrier and vacuumed every night after he was done working, plus their work is stunning and pretty much perfect as you can tell they take so much pride in what they do and are committed to their customer's satisfaction. I was also nervous at how my dog would handle the construction, but when the guys arrived, they immediately sat down on the floor with her 15 minutes until she completely warmed up to them and every day after she was so excited to see them. I love that it's a small company and that they are each so talented, hard-working, and really wonderful to be around. We loved having these guys around and getting to know them, they are truly wonderful people. Not only will I try to hire them for any future project, but I also hope to know these great guys for many years to come!

Dave Vasquez remodeled my bathroom. I am very happy with the results. The whole process was seamless. Dave is a perfectionist. He kept to the timeline, there were no hidden costs or expense. Dave can do it all; plumbing, electrical, woodwork, tile and painting. Dave has great design ideas and gives good advice and suggestions. He is a joy to work with and made the process very easy I highly recommend Vasquez Design.
