We developed a design that fully met the desires of a spacious, airy, light filled home incorporating Universal Design features that blend seamlessly adding beauty to the Minimalist Scandinavian concept.

For the primary bath renovation on the second level, we slightly expanded the footprint of the bathroom by incorporating an existing closet and short hallway. The inviting new bath is black and gray with gold tile accents and now has a double sink vanity with warm wood tones.

This basement renovation received a major facelift and now it’s everyone’s favorite spot in the house! There is now a theater room, exercise space, and high-end bathroom with Art Deco tropical details throughout. Complete remodel and addition to the master bathroom. We took the original tiny bathroom, and tore down a wall to an oversized walk in closet, to make room for this luxurious walk in shower and tub combo. There's generous room in the shower to allow for a built in bench that carries over to the deck mounted tub filler. The large ledge around the tub serves multiple functions; first as seating space for the owners to be able to bathe their young children and second, for them to rest a glass of wine while soaking to relax at the end of a long day.

This light filled bathroom uses porcelain tiles across the walls and floor, a composite stone worktop and a white a custom-made vanity unit helps to achieve a contemporary classic look. Black fittings provide a great contrast to this bright space and mirrored wall cabinets provides concealed storage, visually expanding the size of the space. (Photography: David Giles)

This fireplace adds a touch of class, and a great way to start these cooler PNW days. The MTI soaking/jetted tub is the ultimate way to wind down, and is designed with a view of the fireplace. This bathtub shower combination looks fantastic. An alcove tub with large format ceramic shower wall tile and black shower fixtures and valves. The glass sliding shower door has black barn door hardware. Black Schluter trim for the large shower niche and shower tile edges.

The task was to renovate a dated master bath without changing the original foot print. The client wanted a larger shower, more storage and the removal of a bulky jacuzzi. Sea glass hexagon tiles paired with a silver blue wall paper created a calm sea like mood.
