Quick and easy update with to a full guest bathroom we did in conjunction with the owner's suite bathroom with Landmark Remodeling. We made sure that the changes were cost effective and still had a wow factor to them. We did a luxury vinyl plank to save money and did a tiled shower surround with decorative feature to heighten the finish level. We also did mixed metals and an equal balance of tan and gray to keep it from being trendy.

When designing your dream ensuite bathroom, don’t be afraid to mix it up! Immediately upon entering this bathroom, the variety of materials, colours and textures is evident. The client wanted to give this ensuite its own look while also incorporating elements from other rooms in the home. To accomplish this, we used natural walnut for the vanity and millwork, the same material which can also be found in the kitchen and living room. A black and white palette was also used to give the room a unique feel for a more modern design while the neutral paint color and grey porcelain tile allow for the black, white and walnut accents to pop. This 90's beauty had an odd layout with a built-in tub deck. It had a closed off layout and was dated with striped wallpaper, tiled countertops and gold fixtures. We removed the tub deck and installed a beautiful, aerated tub, providing a focal point when you walk in. We replaced vinyl flooring with neutral large format floor tile with a tile base. The new shower is larger than was the existing shower, set in a vertical brick set pattern with a beautiful mosaic band running through the niche. The homeowners previously purchased the vanity which is a great finish to this master bathroom.

This gorgeous guest bath is unique in design and an absolute showstopper of a bathroom. The wall behind the tub is floor-to-ceiling tile in a herringbone set. The bathroom is primarily set up for relaxing bubble baths, however, the tub is equipped with a handheld showerhead for any guests that would prefer a shower. This space has dimmable lights to accommodate both a candle lit bath and a well lit makeup space.

This countryside farmhouse was remodeled and added on to by removing an interior wall separating the kitchen from the dining/living room, putting an addition at the porch to extend the kitchen by 10', installing an IKEA kitchen cabinets and custom built island using IKEA boxes, custom IKEA fronts, panels, trim, copper and wood trim exhaust wood, wolf appliances, apron front sink, and quartz countertop. The bathroom was redesigned with relocation of the walk-in shower, and installing a pottery barn vanity. the main space of the house was completed with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. A beautiful transformation with gorgeous views of the Willamette Valley.

This master bathroom was reconfigured to maximize functionality and updated to a beautifully modern oasis. We changed the bathtub to a shower, moved the toilet, and went from a single sink to a double. We also added frosted french doors to create a grand entrance. Using a lot of white with chrome accents created a calming environment where our clients can relax at the end of a hard day. Laiacona Photography & Design

A light and airy modern farmhouse bathroom featuring a white shiplap wall, touches of matte black, and wood for balance and warmth. The simplicity of the overall look is contrasted with the gray patterned floor tiles. We also removed the tub and added a glass shower door.
