“I recently had Logan Services install a new furnace and central AC in my home. To begin, the sales associate they sent to my property was to any standard an expert in his field. Yes, he did have strong sales experience, but he KNEW what he was talking about. Additionally, the installation team that was sent over was also very experienced. They noticed a few defects in my current ventilation system and did not hesitate to point them out to me. They worked fast and efficient, and were very friendly. I would recommend anyone to Logan Services.”

“I have had multiple service calls with another well-known heating company in the area. They "fixed" the same problem multiple times and said it would most likely happen again because of the age of my furnace. On the last time, I called Sears. They were very prompt, identified the issue and something else (other than what the previous company had worked on), fixed it very quickly, and I have not had the same problem since. Thank you Sears!! (I don't remember the exact date).”

“We needed a new ac unit and scheduled two businesses for an estimate.After meeting with the owner, who did our estimate, my husband and I decided to cancel the other appointment and use Eberts, even after discussing that we didn't know where we'd get the better price. He was very thorough, explained everything he did to measuring our square footage and why, and even answered questions I had about other items in our utility room that had nothing to do with the job he'd come to do. We ended up replacing our air conditioning unit and furnace to a unit that works together and so far our electric bill has been half the amount it was last year at this time, with us able to leave ac on all day for the kids during the summer, while last year our worn out unit had to be turned off. He gave us great advice, was completely honest, and straight to the point. We decided to use Eberts after the first meeting, just because of the impression we had of the company. We were right! Everything was installed quickly, they were respectful of our house and didn't do any damage, and called for a follow up appointment, at no charge, to be sure everything settled right and worked as explained. Very satisfied! I've only written a couple reviews, and its only when I've been very impressed.”
