“Last week our furnace went out. Jacob came out and told me I didn't need a new furnace after other companies gave me overpriced estimates. He was very honest. We remembered Tiptop HVAC and called. Jacob came out again and was honest about what was going on with the furnace. We decided to replace the furnace. What I paid was less than all the estimates from last year. He dealt with our HOA, providing them with all of the information required for approval, obtained the necessary permit from the city, handled all of the details, and kept us updated by email or phone without our ever having to request any information. He was onsite the day of the installation, which was accomplished by a neat and efficient two-man team in less than a day.
