FinchLockerbie were introduced to me by the architect. They impressed by immediately taking action - very aware of a tight deadline - priced the project correctly and got going almost straight away. I expressed to the FinchLockerbie team that I didn't want a stressful 6 month project and they were, quite frankly, delightful to work with. Extremely easy to communicate with, happy to suggest solutions in order to control the budget and always actioned the right solution, expertly executed. I was kept abreast of all monies every Friday and the team completed our 4 story townhouse complete renovation within 5 months! We were concerned about the impact that our building works would have on our new neighbours and they have been nothing except complimentary about the FinchLockerbie team. They were amazed that the guys started work at exactly 8am (arriving on site for 7.30am) and finished at 5pm, a couple of short breaks and a proper working day was achieved every day! I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Finch Lockerbie offer a difficult to find package; outstanding workmanship, quality of finish and attention to detail combined with an exceptional team who place a high value on aftercare. I engaged Finch Lockerbie to undertake a high end refurbishment of a Listed Georgian townhouse overlooking St James Square, London SW1.
