Prime Flooring is the type of company you hope to find. Easy to deal with, more than fair price, good communication. They told me the job would be completed in 4 days and it was. Our floors looked beyond repair, but they now look like new. Very Impressed.

These guys are true professionals, very responsive and they really did a beautiful job. We were trying to match a wood that was very, very difficult to find, but they found a great match and then made the wood the correct level (it had to match up with our old wood in the hallway that was quite high) by using cork. They did an absolutely excellent job and left everything clean and perfect. Their price was extremely reasonable. I will very happily use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful, time efficient work at a very fair price.

We appreciate the professional communication about we they will be arriving and when the project will be complete. Which was on time. We also appreciate the preparation and how they protected our new cabinets and kept the dust and mess from getting to the rest of our home.

David and his team did a full demo of all of our old floors and put down new wide plank white oak floors. The demo was extensive on two of the levels requiring a portion of our cement slab to be leveled and sealed. His crew was professional, hard working and efficient. There were a couple of small challenges along the way which were handled quickly. Again, our job was a big one and took about a month. It was so worth the wait. We are so pleased with how it all turned out. We will not hesitate to recommend Prime Hardwood to anyone needing work done!

Prime refinished the original floors in my home. I bought the home never thinking the floors would be looking brand new. Prime exceeded my expectations. The floors were beat up, worn out, and awful. Now they look brand new and untouched. I would definitely recommend them! Fair pricing and excellent customer service from the job site to the office.

I was very impressed by the job David and the folks at Prime Hardwood did refinishing the floors of our 1946 home. Some areas were in such bad shape I wasn't sure they could be brought back to life. The bidding and planning process was smooth—they are very responsive to texts and emails. When the work started, the crew showed up on time, clearly explained what work would be done that day, and cleaned up the project area before they left every day. The floors were finished on time and at the price they quoted, even though there were a few unexpected boards to fix. I highly recommend this team!

I am so grateful to have found Prime Hardwood Custom Floors. The work they did was excellent, and they went above and beyond with adding a transition piece (I don't know what it's called) between the bathroom and the bedroom as part of our refinishing job! David, the owner, and his son Kobi were clear about expectations and their communications were polite and always helpful! Jaime and Victor who did the lion's share of the refinishing were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to have in our home for the three hard work days that our job entailed. When it's time to refinish the rest of the house's hardwood floors, I will be coming back to this family company and its professional craftsmen in Jaime and Victor.

David and his team did an amazing job refinishing our oak flooring. We recently purchased a home with carpet in the bedrooms but were delighted to see the original hardwood underneath. Prime’s quote for the work was not only the best, but the customer service was top notch. It took only two days to refinish nearly 400 sq ft of hardwood in the bedrooms and adjoining hallway. The results are stunning and they matched the stain throughout the house flawlessly. I can’t recommend them enough.
