Cafe Series very poor quality. Particle board construction must be reinforced in order to hold the weight of under-mount sinks and anything that will hold weight. When cut in to, the particle board splinters and shatters, which equates to not having stability or durability. We have only just installed these Cafe Series NAC, already planning a redo. Very poor quality and construction.

My kitchen cabinets are less than a year old and in multiple locations there have been problems including chipping on edges of doors and cabinet boxes and bubbling of stain on edges of cabinet doors and faces. When a representative viewed the damage we were told later problems were due to water damage and wear and tear. Sadly the vast majority of the damage is nowhere near water sources and wear and rear on cabinets in less than a year should not be present. So much for limited lifetime warranty.

We received our initial shipment of custom cabinets and several doors, drawer faces, and the trim were damaged or warped. It took seven weeks with no communication to receive our replacements. I would not recommend this manufacturer.

As far as frameless cabinets are concerned these are some of the best we've ever seen. The customization options are incredible and the price point on some of the doors beats even big box stores by 15%. They are a little heavy to load and unload when you order the melamine sides but we expect that. Good job guys.
