“The two man crew did a great job! They were delayed due to heavy traffic, however once they arrived they worked efficiently and quickly to remove everything we requested. “I had two window air conditioners to get rid of. Scrap it claims to be different from other junk removers in that they try first to recycle or repurpose your junk to reduce garbage going into landfills. That really appealed to me. I used the app and immediately received an email with a price. I entered a date for them to remove the items. They came promptly and went up to my attic and removed the air conditioners. Later I got text telling me where the air conditioners landed-- and it wasn't a land fill. I am very impressed with not only the service but their mission to save the environment.”

“Received online quote after providing photos. Arrived on time, ready to work. Have never seen a harder working group of guys ~ they cleaned out the garage, basement and furniture as requested - they were quick, neat and efficient. I oversaw all the work to make sure that they cleaned out only those areas requested in photos - maybe that is what went wrong on the negative review from other person on this site, but my impression was that they did EXACTLY what I asked them to do, at a VERY REASONABLE COST. Couldn't ask for more.”
