I appreciated that he didn’t come off as “salsey,” but rather gave helpful and appropriate recommendations based on what we were wanting done. He was very personable and did an excellent job. I also liked the text message I received confirming the appt, showing a picture of the person coming over, and even letting us know when they were on their way.
