“Jon is the best contractor we have ever worked with; at this point I almost never get additional opinions. His crew is always on time, professional and does an outstanding job. Jon makes sure to communicate frequently, never starts a job while working on too many other jobs at the same time-which keeps him laser focused on your project. He typically keeps you on budget, and if a price comes in too high he will have you look at alternative companies. The times I go over his allowance is my own doing, picking more expensive tile, appliances, etc. Jon started out remodeling our kitchen 14 years ago, and has since updated two bathrooms, installed beautiful mahogany and lead glass front doors, installed 4 sets of doubled pained doors on the patio, completely remodeled our prize winning master bath, and just now finished painting the outside of our home! As I said before, we completely trust Jon and highly recommend Greaves construction.”

“Rossi Construction remodeled my condo in Florida while I was living in Houston, TX. The crew did an amazing job of demolition and rebuilding and I was completely satisfied with the results! Mr Rossi did the work for a fair price and in the time frame that was discussed at our consultation meeting. There were a few changes in the materials and design and he gladly helped make those changes happen. The punch list at the end of the process was very minor and the final results were incredible! The local realtor uses my condo and the work that was done to show potential clients what a remodeled unit in our complex could look like! They are the best and the quality of the work was superb!”

“This family owned remodeling company is very high quality. We have used them for multiple projects. They give accurate bids and work well with change orders. One of our jobs was a property that we were not on site everyday. They were the only company I would trust alone on a job site. All in-house skilled tradespersons. Project Manager is great with questions and follow up at end of Project.”

“For the longest time my husband & I were looking for the right company that would remodel our outdated 20 year old house. We found that company & they are great! We went with Royal Remodeling & Design who have a showroom in downtown Sarasota! The whole crew was super! Always on time, started at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday until project was done. Clean, polite and very professional! It was a big job! Complete bathroom remodel with frameless glass doors, shaker cabinets & Cambria quarts. New porcelain tile wood planks, new baseboards & complete repaint. After the remodel, our home now looks modern & beautiful! We are really happy. Thank you Royal Remodeling & Design for the fantastic job, you really deserved the “word of mouth”!”

“The Bath and Kitchen Gallery remodeled our kitchen, guest bathroom and masterbath, they also replaced flooring throuhout the living areas, removed walls, took ceilings up; for the most part they remodeled our entire house. We did not do this remodeling all in one phase, but once the kitchen was remodeled we did not hesitate and would not think of bringing anyone but Joe and the crew at The Bath and Kitchen Gallery to complete our projects. My husband and I are not exactly decorators, but Joe was inspirational and created a beautiful decor for us; we could not be happier with the results. The crew was phenomenal, clean, trustworthy, we never worried about any of them in our house while we were at work. The crew showed up on time, and completed everything on schedule; they became like family to us. We will be completing our final projects in the next year and we will be bringing The Bath and Kitchen Gallery back.”
