“Our HVAC died in the middle of a brutal heat wave and AJ Michaels Salespeople came promptly, set up the replacement with courtes. They were not pushy at all, and seemed honest. “Awesome customer service!!! David, the technician, is very professional & gave me an hour heads up at 7:17 am this morning, 2/23/ 18, that he is on his way. He arrived promptly at 8:20 am, explained the services I need to expect from him & how long the services will take. Everything is clear & precise from the start of service and there was no assumptions on my part on what's going to happen next. He knowledgeably answered all my questions & clarifications. He was tidy and kept my floors clean. David offered some other services I might need in the future, like carpet cleaning, that Lowes Air Duct cleaning also offers. I said, "I'll sure look into it & wait for some good deals on the website." I've used other company before to clean my air ducts & dryer vent, and I thought they did well until now that I've used Brekmar Inc/Lowes Air duct cleaning.
