“Nice Home Services did a fantastic job from start to finish. The temperature in our home is the same on all 3 levels. We love it. No more hot and cold rooms. We replaced our oil furnace with a high efficient heat pump. The air cleaners have done an amazing job in removing the smell and dust. No more wheezing and sneezing and no more smelly ducts. Nice Home Services also completed the installation of our propane fireplace and repaired our attic fan. All is well and we are very satisfied with Nice Home Services.”

“I called BGE HOME because my heating system went out. This was during a prolong freez period where the temp dropped into the low teens. My water pipes also froze. The HVAC tech came down, but because of frozen pipes, he could not service the boiler. He did not charge for the visit and helped turn off various water valves and my gas water heater. He gave me advice on how to take as much pressure off the water pipes, so that hopefully they would not burst. He then made sure I had a tech come down as soon as the temp rose above 32 degrees. The system was fixed, and I also had one of their plumbers come down to repair the water pipe. From the various people I spoke with on the phone to the techs on the job, I have to say they were all professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. On one visit, because I could not get off of work, the tech spent time on the phone with me until he understood the problem and was certain he knew where all the valves in my basement were located. That helped my wife stay calm and not have to try to figure out a hundred year old system of pipes and valves. I was so pleased with their service and pricing, that I signed up for a yearly contract. I have never felt this good about a company in the almost 25 years I have lived in the house. Thanks BGE HOME!”

“Awesome customer service!!! David, the technician, is very professional & gave me an hour heads up at 7:17 am this morning, 2/23/ 18, that he is on his way. He arrived promptly at 8:20 am, explained the services I need to expect from him & how long the services will take. Everything is clear & precise from the start of service and there was no assumptions on my part on what's going to happen next. He knowledgeably answered all my questions & clarifications. He was tidy and kept my floors clean. David offered some other services I might need in the future, like carpet cleaning, that Lowes Air Duct cleaning also offers. I said, "I'll sure look into it & wait for some good deals on the website." I've used other company before to clean my air ducts & dryer vent, and I thought they did well until now that I've used Brekmar Inc/Lowes Air duct cleaning. David, your employee, did an excellent job representing your company. I plan to use your services again, probably yearly now for the Dryer vent cleaning & every 4 years for Air duct cleaning. And I will make sure to request David again for those services in my home.
