“In the process of selling this property the HVAC system that was 20+ years old was in need of replacement. The Seller asked me to provide a few HVAC Companies to give estimates. I sent him to Modern Mechanical. They provided the highest quality products at the same price (or lower) than some of their competitors. They stuck by their promised installation date and did not up-charge for small items as they were doing the installation (like others I have seen.) All around they are a good honest company to work with that got the job done right the first time!! I Highly recommend!”

From the office people to the installation people, everyone was friendly, knowledgable, timely, and professional. I also had his service staff clean and service three older units in the house. “AirBenders provided us with professional service from start to finish. We had 2 estimates and David was third to provide an estimate. After walking around our entire home. He asked us about our concerns and issues we have with current system. Than he asked us about things in our home if we wanted to make better which we never knew that would be possible. He provided us with a very detailed but easy to understand proposal. We obviously picked Airbenders to do the job, by the way highest price out of the 3 estimates. His team was neat, Clean and worked entire day very efficiently installing a thankless water heater, furnace, air-conditioning system, humidifier; an electronic air purifier, and 3 zone thermostats so we could control temperature independently on each level or our town home. We have had the new system now for a month and we love how the air feels. It feels much crisper, air inside our home seems fresh and my wife is able to breath better with her allergies. David told us it's hard to describe the quality of air with a better system and we would understand once we have it in our home. Now we know what he meant. We would highly recommend Airbenders and ask for David.”

The quality of work is superb but there is truly no matching Victor's honesty, integrity, and dedication. He educated us about our home and how to care for it. “Awesome customer service!!! David, the technician, is very professional & gave me an hour heads up at 7:17 am this morning, 2/23/ 18, that he is on his way. He arrived promptly at 8:20 am, explained the services I need to expect from him & how long the services will take. Everything is clear & precise from the start of service and there was no assumptions on my part on what's going to happen next. He knowledgeably answered all my questions & clarifications. He was tidy and kept my floors clean. David offered some other services I might need in the future, like carpet cleaning, that Lowes Air Duct cleaning also offers. I said, "I'll sure look into it & wait for some good deals on the website." I've used other company before to clean my air ducts & dryer vent, and I thought they did well until now that I've used Brekmar Inc/Lowes Air duct cleaning. David, your employee, did an excellent job representing your company. I plan to use your services again, probably yearly now for the Dryer vent cleaning & every 4 years for Air duct cleaning. And I will make sure to request David again for those services in my home.
