“I recently had Mr. Mullen provide window coverings for a living room, dining room, and two bedrooms. He was very knowledgeable, creative, and congenial. I was looking for window coverings that provided privacy and yet did not obstruct the view when open. They look fantastic! “Best fabric choices. Great customer service. I ordered the panel design with a new fabric choice. Upon receipt I noticed the top edge was a bit frayed looking due to the woven quality of the fabric. I was worried that over time it actually would fray. I suggested to the Shade Store that they hem the top for a more polished look. They tried the idea, liked it, and sent me a new set! They also connected me up with a great measurer/installer. They were also very flexible when I realized I should have ordered a four panel system. The did an even exchange! Sent me a return shipping label. So while it was a bumpy start it all worked out and my room looks lovely.”

“As a result of a question I posted on Houzz, David Hill of Fenstermann, LLC answered my post and was able to assist me in solving a very unusual and difficult window treatment dilemma all the way from the West coast, while I am located on the East coast! He willingly worked with my local blind installer and kept in constant contact by phone and email to be certain measurements, etc were all correct. He even sent me fabric samples and gave me great advice on my selection. We are extremely pleased with the service, quality of the product and professionalism we received from this company and David Hill in particular!”
