“Best fabric choices. Great customer service. I ordered the panel design with a new fabric choice. Upon receipt I noticed the top edge was a bit frayed looking due to the woven quality of the fabric. I was worried that over time it actually would fray. I suggested to the Shade Store that they hem the top for a more polished look. They tried the idea, liked it, and sent me a new set! They also connected me up with a great measurer/installer. They were also very flexible when I realized I should have ordered a four panel system. The did an even exchange! Sent me a return shipping label. So while it was a bumpy start it all worked out and my room looks lovely.”

“Adrienne was very responsive and did what it took to make sure I was comfortable with styles and colors including coming to my house several times to get it perfect. She followed up exactly as she promised and oversaw the project through to completion and then made sure I was completely satisfied after it was done. This was the first time I met Adrienne. “Had new venetian blinds installed in kitchen- 2 windows- and enclosed blinds installed on kitchen door. Work was done quickly and well; installer was on time. I do find this company to be expensive but the quality of the work and materials is high. Am using them again now for blinds in living room.”
