I was actually happier with the final product than what I first expected. She followed up to see if I liked my blinds and later on helped me to chose a treatment for my sliding patio door. Both our companies, were brought on site to do work for a 24,000 sq. ft. mansion in Leesburg, VA. Her ability to discern my taste, find amazing fabrics and educate me on window options, plus her incredible color talent, her timely follow-through on ordering and hanging the window treatments, and her pleasant and capable demeanor makes her an excellent choice for project design and completion. “Margaret Blunt is an extremely talented custom window designer and owner of "Sew Beautiful". I have been working with her since we moved into our new house a year ago. She is exceptional at working with clients to determine their needs and tastes and then translating that information into stunning window treatments. She has overseen a whole house project including window treatments and re-upholstery. She had made a huge difference in decorating our new home by integrating new window treatments with our existing furniture and making the transition from one room to another seamless. “Kelly is a true design professional. She assisted in the decision making process for the right type of window treatments for a side by side living room and kitchen combination. She never applied pressure to choose more expensive options or add one. Also, her eye for color, texture, and style was on point. Lastly, due to COVID our design appointments were online and she was on time and ready to go. She continued to communicate through the process , right through to installation and final review. All in all, a great experience.”
