“Best awnings ever. Thanks RA!! So I hardly ever write reviews – it’s just not really my thing but I felt really compelled to write one for RA Awnings because they just did a bang-up job. You know how it is when people are super professional but also kind of friendly too, well yeah, those guys are like that. Me and my wife decided that we really wanted a retractable awning for our patio so we could spend more time outside without getting burned to a crisp. We chose RA Ultra Luxe in the end (even though the other options were nice too) and man, we couldn't be any happier! The awning just looks awesome and is kind of high tech too with angle changes for optimal shade and fancy LED lights for evenings. Super cool. The team that came to install were great. Showed up on time, didn't leave a mess and just really professional. And the awning itself? What a game changer! No exaggeration, our patio just feels more comfortable and looks great too. We’ve actually started spending more time outside and our friends have given us some really nice compliments. For a luxury buy the awning offers value for money when you consider the durability and peace of mind that comes with the 5 year guarantee. Anyway, that's the end of my rant haha. Just wanted to say a big shout out to the RA team. You guys did a solid job and we love our new awning. Highly recommend these folks if you’re needing something like this. Overall rating: (5/5 stars). They deserve all the stars, honestly.”

“Melissa Hutcheson's blinds have made the world of difference to my bedrooms: finally, no more street light seeping in at night! I have two very different sized windows in my master bedroom, but Melissa found a way to unite them with her blinds. I get so many compliments on the choice of fabric, too. Melissa made choosing entirely painless, by not drowning me in samples, and quickly understanding my tastes (despite the house being only partially furnished and undecorated at the time of her first visit). I would warmly recommend Melissa's services.”

“Over the last 12 months Fable and Willow have provided me with 2 sets of gorgeous handmade curtains and 3 blinds as well as extra touches such as lampshades and draft excluders to really finish my rooms off. I would highly recommend as Emma goes the extra mile to make sure you have exactly what you are hoping for to the budget you have but with still ensuring the quality is there. I will certainly continue using Fable and Willow to help me finish off the rest of my house with their beautiful handmade products.”

“A friend who had used Bindu’s services recommended her for our sitting room project. I needed help with choosing curtain fabric to fit our existing sofas and she listened to my requirements and saw curtains and blinds I already had in the house to gauge my style. I love colour and Bindu was great with suggesting colour schemes and fabric. Once I had decided on the fabric which she ordered, she organised new poles which I painted myself, and she also organised the fitting of the poles and took great detail in the final fitting of the curtains which were then steamed in place. I can’t recommend Bindu enough for her ideas, professionalism and general friendliness.”

“We recently exchanged business dealings with 'The Joy Of Blinds and Shutters' after seeing their active presence on Houzz, our requirements were to source a bespoke solution for our clients who had glazing installed in the gable end section of thier room above barn. Dr Joy Madden was immediately responsive, understood our needs and acted swiftly to deliver some excellent suggestions that we are presenting to the client. Furthermore her understanding in nurturing on-going business relations is refreshing; clearly this company values everyone in the chain which is a very ethical approach.”

“We are completely delighted with the curtains, blinds and accessories provided by Julie. Her input and advice and at the start of the project were invaluable in helping us avoid potential pitfalls and guided the carpenters in the right direction - clearly demonstrating her knowledge and experience when workling with old houses and soft furnishings. Just the right level of friendliness and professionalism (and perfectionism!) She dealt patiently with our indecisions and kept us fully updated of progress. We recommend her without reservation.”
