“We worked with Precision Contracting Services on a major exterior renovation. They removed all of the stucco from a 4,500 square foot house, replaced with James Hardie Fiber Cement siding. They added incredible detail with white azec trim, beautiful crown moulding details around the façade windows, beadboard ceiling in the porch area, slate tiles on the chimney, and exquisite detail on the dormers. Mike Hyon, was wonderful to collaborate with on design ideas. The crew was efficient and incredibly detail-oriented. They were also family-friendly and exercised appropriate care and caution in working on a home with young children. Using only the best products and with an eye for detail they insured that there will be no further water penetration and that the house would be a wonderful addition to the neighborhood-- in fact dozens of neighbors have stopped to comment on the startling makeover. It is like a brand new construction house with the finest materials and construction! “Sky View replaced all of my windows. This has been a long time over due!! I was always putting it off because i thought it would be a big ordeal. I have a block house and stucco on the outside. I called Sky view and talked with Nate. It was a great experience, He came out, got me a quick quote , Gave me a firm start and end date and hit the mark!! I came home on day 3 as they were pulling out and Nate turned around and came back just to make sure i was happy and knew how to work all the new windows. Best of all it was a great install it looks great. I would highly recommend Sky view.”

“Very nice it deal with. Price was good. Cleaner came early and worked hard to finish quickly on very hot and humid day. He encountered a wasp nest under the eave and instead of leaving, he asked for some old shirts to cover himself. He had some goggles and he completed the job. Will deal with them again.”
