“While in the beginning stages of my bathroom remodeling project I visited Oasis Showrooms by APR Supply Co. located at 310 Lincoln Way East, New Oxford, PA. I was very quickly impressed with the quality and variety of products on display, and the pleasant offer by staff to answer any questions I might have. I worked exclusively with Meghan Conklin to design the components of the remodeled bath. Megan was very knowledgeable and offered helpful suggestions from the wide variety of high quality products available. While she provided suggestions, Meghan deferred to my wishes regarding final decisions about the faucet, sink, vanity, and medicine cabinet chosen for installation. “I am new with Plain & Fancy but I am very familiar with the brand. In the past, I've always admired P & F from afar. I’ve always thought that their product was for the elite, even though I am a luxury designer. I finally specified their product this year. I was very impressed by their quick response to my questions. Believe me, I’ve asked quite a bit! One of the things I found is that they offer many doors and finishes, all of which are very impressive. But the most impressive of all is the quality of the process. The process in their manufacturing. I can talk about great design here, but the fact of the matter is, what is great design if everything is going to fall apart after it is installed! I’ve designed many cabinetry cabinets before. I’ve even carried my own Amish made cabinetry. I was so impressed with the quality of Plain and Fancy that I am dropping my own cabinetry line!”

“Could not ask for a more professional group of folks to work with. Their work ethic exceeded our expectations and KM was great on the "time line" of when we could expect the ordered shower door due in and the completed install. Both gentlemen were just that and explained the install,what we could expect and gave clear,concise care instructions. (plus the microfiber chamois, glass cleaning spray were very much appreciated) We are not related to these folks,but they treated our home as they would their own ...with respect! We are only too happy to offer an "atta boys" and hope they will feel comfortable lending our name, # for future customers' consideration when looking for a firm who takes pride in their workmanship,honesty, upbeat attitude, and service with a SMILE! “I found Joe purely by a accident but it was meant to be! Every single piece was made to exact specifications and more than perfect. He did 2 bathrooms and a pantry. He did one white bathroom which entailed a 48" custom vanity matching mirror and bathtub panel. Then a black and white bathroom with a single custom black vanity matching mirror and corner cabinet (the last pieces were mission style). Then most recently a 60" wide by 8' tall 2 piece pantry with 6 drawers on the bottom and the separate upper piece has sliders. This is in barn red and GORGEOUS! The black and red pieces are slightly distressed. All of this was done long distance via email and scanned photos along the design process. Joe could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The detas of his work are excellent. I keep looking around my house to see if there is something else I could get him to do because his work is so great. I could go on and on but I think you get it. I wish I could post the pictures. Work with Joe and you will not regret it!”

“The partners in Casablanca are young men with a wonderful work ethic. They are the hardest workers I have ever seen. They are fair and competitively priced plus they go the extra mile to please their customer. My granite counter top is fabulous, was affordable, and was installed within 2 weeks of purchase...even replaced some of my messed up plumbing & without being nagged, told, or requested! GREAT guys! GREAT job!”

“We had our kitchen cabinets refinished and doors replaced. Workmanship was top notch. Bernie was professional, meticulous in his workmanship and a joy to work with. I am completely and totally satisfied with the final product and had minimal stress in completing this project. The only challenge we had in the process was with our sales person who left the company soon after we purchased the job. Once the problem was identified others stepped in and it was smooth sailing moving forward.”
