We found the lighting fixtures and tile that my client liked quickly since they were featured in displays. The sink and faucet took considerably longer because of my clients particular criteria but Ben and others at Klaffs spent the time necessary to come up with the sink and faucet that my client was happy with.”

“Bayview designed and installed our kitchen when we were building our house about 5 years ago. We were delighted with the process from beginning to end. Our kitchen is relatively large and presented a number of design challenges. Walter was able to guide us through the alternatives and delivered a high-quality and cost-effective solution. Recently, we had an issue with one of our dishwashers. The repair person was unable to pull out the appliance to change the failed part, indicating that the opening between cabinets was too narrow. I called Bayview and I Walter indicated he would stop be to look at the situation (I think he was at our house the next day). He followed up by sending out one of his top installers to address the issue (he did so by showing me the proper procedure for removing the dishwasher and pulling it out of the opening). Walter called the next day to let me know that he would be happy to send someone out to re-install the unit after the unit was repaired if the repair person was unable to do so. In this environment it is comforting to know you are dealing with a company that will be there in the future and stands behind their work. I highly recommend them.”
