“I was in the process of purchasing a home and Essig came out to evaluate the septic system, water and heating. Jim was very thorough and explained everything he did. He spent over an hour with me, finding the tank, and piping a camera through as much of the plumbing as he could, removing a water filter and checking the water pressure and finding lots of burst baseboard heating pipes. He answered all of my questions (which i asked constantly!) and made sure that he didn't leave until I was completely satisfied with his service. They had a special going on so I paid a third of what other companies in the area would have charged me. In addition- I needed a written estimate for the work and a letter detailing the evaluation- both were done in a timely and professional manner. Sadly, the house fell through (it was a short sale) but I would absolutely recommend Essig to anyone- and I have! They're going to be installing a new furnace for my sister-in-law :)”

“Rocket Plumbing and Drain deserves five stars!!! I was having a water pressure issue at my home. They answered my phone call immediately. Because of the shelter in place order, Steve conducted a diagnostic session with me using Zoom. Using this technology, Steve was able to diagnose the problem, and talk me through the steps to fix the issue in a live session! My pressure issue is now fixed, and the process did not involve having any workers entering my home. This is an outstanding company with high quality workmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone having any sort of pluming issues.”

“Scott Thomas (Better Way Excavating) has performed several projects for the Deer Run HOA. In each of these cases he responded to our phone requests; followed up in a timely manner; and completed the work on or before the expected due dates. All of our projects were completed in a professional manner and in many cases Scott was able to advise the Board of Directors which of the solutions were cost effective and would take care of the problems. We can report that every job has been 100% and at a cost that we felt was very reasonable for the work he performed.
