“We had an emergency situation at our home. We called Avon Plumbing and Heating. They had a technician at our house within the hour to troubleshoot. We needed a new well pump. As this was late in the day, they diagnosed the problem and stated they would have a team at our house the next morning. This was on a Friday evening. The next morning (Saturday) at 8:30 AM, the owner and a senior technician arrived at our home and went right to work. Within 2 hours, they had replaced the well pump and we were back in business. Simply put, their response was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend them.”

He showed up on time, completed the work exactly as described, and called the next day to make sure I was happy. I have hired a contractor to complete the install of the kitchen but have insisted he use Jim Socci for the plumbing. He's just really clear and upfront to work with.”
